Design-Build

Design-Build is a project delivery method designed to give the owner ONE POINT OF CONTACT for their project.  With the design-build method of delivery the owner contracts with the design builder and the design builder contracts the rest of the project, allowing for seamless communication.  This method fosters teamwork and allows the design build team to make informed decisions quicker and move the project schedule along more efficiently, reducing labor costs.  The design builder and owner have greater control over the owner’s budget, saving both time and money.

As a general contractor specializing in commercial construction, Elite Star Construction is committed to providing quality building services, whether it’s renovations, large or small, or new construction.  We can take the design documents and specifications the client provides to the bid market and return with a lump sum price.  This allows the owner to know that every item in his design documents are included with no additional pricing.

We have assembled an experienced team with the ability to self-perform many of the trades required during construction.  Our professionals have capabilities in steel, concrete, drywall, paint, and carpentry.  We also provide full service for pre-engineered metal buildings & steel systems construction and can provide a metal building system to meet virtually any need.  From simple to complex buildings.  We have distributorships through two of the best Pre-engineered Metal Building suppliers in the country.
